Walking distance to history
The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from major attractions like the Colosseum, allowing us to immerse ourselves in Rome's rich history effortlessly. The owner, Antonio, provided fantastic local dining suggestions, enhancing our culinary experiences.
While the hospitality was commendable, the shared kitchen setup was a bit awkward for privacy. the breakfast was quite minimal, just a croissant and coffee, which could be improved.

Spotless rooms with private bathrooms offering great comfort. Breakfast served until 10:00 AM is a nice touch for those needing a leisurely start to their day.
The entry to the hotel was a bit confusing, being part of an apartment building, with unclear directions regarding which door to enter. The TV setup was misleading. instead of direct Netflix access, it required projecting your own account, which could stump some guests. the laundry facilities needed improvement as the washing machine had a mildewed odor, and there weren't proper drying options available.

We had an awesome time with friends! The kitchenette was super handy, and we could store our snacks. Antonio was friendly and gave great tips for visiting the Colosseum and local restaurants. The area is quiet yet close to public transport and a bakery. I'd recommend taking advantage of the coffee machine in the shared kitchen—definitely a highlight!
The only downside was that the rooms were on the smaller side, which might feel cramped if you're traveling with a bunch of friends.

The room was clean and had a mini fridge, which was functional for storing drinks and snacks. Excellent internet connection was available for work needs. The location was convenient, just a short 5-minute walk to the metro and approximately a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum. Clean and cozy room, with thoughtful amenities like a kettle for tea, a rarity in this area. The host's recommendations for local dining were spot on, enhancing the experience of exploring nearby sites on foot. The lift was a convenient bonus, but navigating the entry to the building was a bit confusing at first, and the bathroom could have used a more thorough clean. A better setup for the shared kitchen could improve the overall experience.
